- Choose best-of-1, 3, 5 or 7 while creating a head-to-head tournament; save each game, correct results and recover the series after a restart.
- View final placements with minimal gold, silver and bronze trophies, plus a subtle live-match indicator.
- Improved bracket connector behavior, seed controls, match-length units and participant-name validation.
- Choose export and backup locations through native desktop Save As dialogs; batch export chooses a folder. See the saved destination and clear cancel or failure feedback.
- Full backups include custom program name, logo and app preferences alongside tournaments, players and photos. A restored event no longer risks stale open state overwriting it.

Before installing a new version
- Export a full backup.Keep the file away from the computer you use to run events.
- Check your channel.Mac App Store updates arrive through Apple. The direct Mac installer has no automatic updater; Windows updates arrive through Microsoft Store.
- Check your data after updating.Open an existing event and inspect a saved result before your next live tournament.
Backup compatibility: Version 1.1.0 can import older Bracketware and IronBracket backups. Backups made by 1.1.0 use version 4 and cannot be imported by older releases. Keep a pre-update backup until you have checked the new version.
